What is a Life Coach?

A Life Coach assists clients in achieving their goals or working through specific obstacles in their life. Some examples could include a parent trying to balance home and work, an individual trying to care for their family as well as their aging parents, or anyone who feels they need to get more in control and find more happiness in their life.

 

 
The alarm blares your first thought is “NO, not yet, please not yet”. You struggle to get up, frustrated at what woke you and angry that you stayed up too late again last night.

Your day has officially started. Your “to do list” seems as if it is five miles long. Despair sets in. As you pour your first cup of coffee, you have a glimmer of hope that you can have a day where you actually feel accomplished.

Before you know it, it is lunch time. Maybe you have been able to check off one thing on your “to do list”. You do not understand how this happens to you. You’re not lazy, you are smart. Why is it that you cannot seem to get done what others expect of you, what you expect of yourself? Relate to any of this?

Stop living this life and start loving your life!!!!
